Pen-type Visual Fault Locator (JF-H410B)
1. General:
Visual fault locator adopts 650nmvisible laser light into the fiber which has 5mw output power. It applies to measurement of SM and MM fiber. It uses 2AAA batteries for power supply, which operating time can arrive 30h. Visual fault locator uses 2.5mm general adapter, all general connectors can be connected casually. It is an ideal tool for testing optical fiber connectors and banding or bunchy pigtail and construction and maintenance in the fiber.

5.2.1 Output port
Connect it with the testing interface of optical fiber connector.
5.2.2 On/off key
Turn to the top “CW” is continuing light, turn to the middle “OFF”is closed, turn to the bottom “GLINT” is pulsed light.
5.3.3 Battery housing:
Put 2AAA battery in it, spring end is negative pole.
6. Operation instruction:
6.1Put 2AAA battery into housing, power supply will stay closed.(indicator light will not turn on)
6.2Put measured connector into output port of testing pen.
6.3. After connecting, turn on/off key, operation indicator light will turn on, testing pen will spread pulsed light.
6.4 Turn on/off key, operation indicator light will turn on, testing pen will spread continuing light, visual fault locator will work normally.
